Rates
The fees that go according to a different percentage in sale (between 3% and 5%) or rental (to consult depending on whether you are a large holder or owner) and depending on whether the property is located in Sant Cugat or in Barcelona.
These rates will be charged only if we are successful in meeting our objective.
